  Today, numerous local agents have sprung up and caused a turbulent period. Due to the irrational competition, many of them are not capable of paying their staffs keep reducing the number of staffs and so does the quality of services as well.
  Even in this overflowing market, Haewang has rather invested in the human resources and rather expand the number of staffs because we firmly believe that true agency and quality of services are driven by human resources.
